As a result, many successful, hardworking, dedicated, employees experience unlawful treatment by management. I bring a unique perspective to my law practice because for the past 40 years I represented management in some of the best corporations in the world. They shared one basic philosophy: if you treat your employees right, they will in turn treat your company well. These excellent employers created dignified, respectful, and equitable working relationships with their employees. Now, for the remainder of my law career, I will represent employees exclusively.
